Agreement and scope

ZivoFlow operates Sticker under the ZivoFlow name. These Terms apply to the Sticker Android app, zivoflow.com, public sticker and pack catalog pages and links, and supporting public Sticker services that link to these Terms.

By using a ZivoFlow service that links to these Terms, you agree to them, subject to applicable law.

Using the services

ZivoFlow gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This permission does not give you ownership of the services or their content.

User content and local content

You are responsible for sticker or media content that you create, import, select, export, or share using the services. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and must not use it in a way that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

ZivoFlow does not claim ownership of content merely because you create, use, or keep it locally. Locally created or downloaded content is not automatically uploaded to the ZivoFlow public catalog.

Public catalog content

Public stickers, packs, images, characters, trademarks, and other catalog material may be owned by ZivoFlow, licensors, creators, or other rights holders. Their availability through ZivoFlow does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the use permitted by these Terms, applicable law, or the relevant rights holder.

Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other rights when using public catalog content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services unlawfully; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or intentionally disrupt the services or harm others through them.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, use malicious automation or other abusive activity, submit fraudulent or abusive content reports, or attempt to bypass technical or security restrictions.

Content reports and rights concerns

You may report public content that you believe raises a rights, safety, abuse, or other concern. Please make reports in good faith and include only information relevant to the concern.

ZivoFlow may review, restrict, unpublish, or remove public content where reasonably appropriate for legal, rights, safety, abuse-prevention, or service-operation reasons. Rights holders with a concern about public content may contact ZivoFlow using the support contact below.

Advertising

Parts of the services may be supported by advertising. Advertising and third-party advertising services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Information about information-handling practices is provided in the applicable Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Google Play, WhatsApp and Meta, and other third-party platforms reached through your actions are independent services. ZivoFlow does not control their availability, policies, or continued compatibility, and your use of them is also subject to their own terms and policies.

For example, when you choose a WhatsApp sticker handoff, that action is initiated by you. ZivoFlow is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

Intellectual property

ZivoFlow software, website, branding, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property and other laws. Except for the limited permission above, no rights are granted in them.

Third-party and public catalog content may be subject to rights held by others. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of that content for ZivoFlow where it belongs to another rights holder.

Service availability and changes

Features, public content, device or platform compatibility, and service availability can change. ZivoFlow may update the app or services, modify or discontinue features, remove public content, or change technical requirements. We do not promise that a feature, sticker, pack, or service will remain available permanently.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an as-available basis. ZivoFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, compatibility with every device or third-party platform, or that every sticker or pack will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZivoFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy

The Sticker Privacy Policy explains how information is handled for the Sticker Android app and related public Sticker services. Other ZivoFlow services may provide an applicable Privacy Policy where needed.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the services or legal requirements change. The current version will display its Last updated date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
