Using ZivoFlow

ZivoFlow is an independently developed application and service operated by an independent developer under the ZivoFlow name. Use ZivoFlow lawfully and in ways that respect these terms and the rights of others.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for content that you choose, create, import, or share using the app, including confirming that you have the rights needed to use it. Do not use ZivoFlow to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

The current app does not provide a public marketplace that automatically uploads locally created content for other users. Public stickers and packs may be reported when they appear inappropriate, misleading, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable.

Intellectual property

The ZivoFlow name, branding, software, and public catalog content are protected by applicable rights. Do not copy, redistribute, or misuse content except where permitted by law or by the relevant rights holder.

Third-party platforms

WhatsApp and Google Play are independent services. Their availability, policies, and technical requirements are outside ZivoFlow's control. Your use of those services is also governed by their applicable terms and policies.

Prohibited misuse

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit abusive reports, or use content in a way that violates law, harms others, or infringes rights.

Removal and service changes

Public content and features can change, become unavailable, be unpublished, or be removed when reasonably necessary for operations, safety, rights protection, or legal compliance.

Disclaimers and contact

ZivoFlow is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or third-party platform, or that every public item will remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
